Join the SPCA of Polk County for its 2nd Annual Fall Frolic on Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at its new building located at 802 Houston Ave (Hwy 146).  The SPCA has renovated a 9060 SF facility where they will have more room to care for the precious pets of Polk County that deserve a second chance at a "forever Home”.  

Join the SPCA for some Tail Wagging Fun! The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin at 10:00 followed by music, food, games, a silent and live auction, vendor tables plus raffle drawings for some great prizes.  Take a tour of our new facility and visit with the animals in their new environment.  This year there will be a dog contest for the cutest and most unusual dog, so bring your dogs for a chance to win a prize basket.  This event is designed for ALL ages so bring the kids and the dog and spend some time supporting a great community organization that specializes in "HELPING THOSE WHO CAN'T HELP THEMSELVES". 

The SPCA of Polk County is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization operated entirely by volunteers and receives no federal, state or local tax support, United Way funding nor any support from HSUS or ASPCA.  We rely on compassionate friends like you to continue or life-saving work.
