John G. Slocomb Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting SAAFE House

Mark your calendars for Saturday October 15, 2011 to play in the John G. Slocomb Memorial Golf Tournament benefiting SAAFE House. 

Entry fee is $300 per 4-man team or $75 for a single player.  Entry fee includes green fees, cart, lunch, beverages, team photo, and a goodie bag. 

We have two sponsorship opportunities available.  You may choose to show your community support by becoming a Title Sponsor for $500.  As a Title Sponsor you will have your company name/logo prominently displayed at the tournament.  You may also choose to pay $100 to co-sponsor a hole.  As a hole co-sponsor your company name will appear on a sign at a designated tee box.

All monies raised will be used to provide services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse in Polk County.
