FreeHealth Screening
It is Oral health month at Sam's Club and we are having a free health screening for all of our members. If you are not a member come in and see what kind of savings you can get by becoming a member. At our health screenings they will provide free dental tablets and also check your cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, and body mass index. They also will be doing a free vision screening/test.
