Freedom Fest and 5K Fun Run
Fit City Challenge Fun Run at Pedigo Park. Sign-in starts at 7:00 am, run starts at 7:30. Freedom Fest Health Seminars begin at 8:00 am at The Chamber. There will be a different speaker every 30 minutes and will cover a variety of topics related to your health and wellness such as healthy eating habits, weight loss, relieving chronic pain, and smoking cessation.
