A Fresh Start to a Healthier you! Come join a free, hands-on, 5-class adult learning program presented by Emily Janowski with Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service. Participants will learn about food safety, balancing healthy meals, saving more at the grocery store, and how to provide delicious, healthy, and economical meals for themselves and their families. At the end of each day there will be a different item for you to take home to help you in your kitchen, along with recipes and food samples.
