2nd Annual Triathlon "Chairman's Challenge"

Think you’re tough enough for the Chairman’s Challenge? Come and join us for the 2nd Annual "Triathlon" (consisting of swimming, bicycling, and running/walking) event on August 17, 2013 that is perfect for a beginner to test the waters or an intermediate to advanced triathlete to get warmed up for the season to come.

This event will have age divisions as well as a team category (Up to a 3-man team). All proceeds raised at this event will be used to fund the Alabama-Coushatta Athletic Scholarship.

Entry Fee: $30.00 per person / $90 per team (Up to 3 Participants)

Location: Tombigbee Lake Campgrounds located on the Alabama-Coushatta Reservation Start Time: 8:00 A.M. – Come prepared for any weather – (rain, snow, or shine)

Triathlon: The participant will be swimming across the lake at approximately ¼ mile, cycling thru the Tour roads for approximately 5 miles, and running/walking the lake for approximately 2 miles. All participants must sign a waiver, must be at least 14 years old of time of event, and all minors 17 & under must have parent’s permission.
